The vineyards are dry-farmed, ungrafted, and range from 30 to more than 100 years old, planted on granitic soils with red clay and quartz. Mingaco farms regeneratively and follows biodynamic practices, working in harmony with the natural rhythms of the valley. Fermented with minimal intervention, the wine reflects the bright aromatics and freshness of this historic coastal region.
