What exactly is 'natural wine'?
Natural wine is made from grapes farmed organically or biodynamically, fermented with native yeasts, and produced with little to no additives, including minimal or no added sulfur.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any alcohol delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
Where does MYSA ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is legal. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of excluded states.
What should I do if my wine arrives damaged or corked?
We take great care in packaging, but if your bottle arrives damaged or is flawed (corked), please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
How should I store my natural wines?
Because natural wines are often unfiltered and low in sulfur, they are sensitive to temperature. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place, ideally between 50-55°F.
Can I skip or cancel my wine club subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip a month, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no hidden fees.
