A southern expression of Pinot Noir from clay-limestone soils at the foot of La Clape. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the grapes are hand-harvested, fully destemmed, and undergo 15 days of temperature-controlled maceration. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine focuses on clarity and freshness while reflecting a thoughtful, low-intervention approach.
