The grapes spend 4 days on the skins with no temperature control. Nothing added and no fining or filtering. A fun red that was named after one of the horses at La Staffa, Ciliegio AKA Cherry!

Bianco Conestabile

Straw yellow in color. This white was aged in stainless steel, fiberglass, and cement with zero sulfur added. Mineral flavors with a slight touch of earthiness. Very refreshing overall!

Grecorange

From 40 to 70-year-old vines half of this orange wine spends 20 days on the skins while the other half has none at all, making it delightfully acidic and complex! Aging is done in fiberglass tanks. A thirst quencher that is perfect for sunny days.

Rosso Conestabile

A juicy red that's perfect for sipping out on the patio. Young with a slight touch of funk. Light tannins and acidity with a great structure. Nothing added and no filtering or fining!
