A sparkling Riesling from Alsace made with fruit from biodynamically farmed vines on loess and granite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, then aged in old wooden vats. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and undisgorged, the wine shows a lively, unpolished style with natural effervescence.
